Do you have any special requirements for your server board? like SMP or onboard scsi or anything else? Also what OS are you planning on using?

the P4XP-X is a super cheap board that uses an intel chipset. We have sold about 60 at work, never had a problem

biostar. if you don't have any special requirements or anything, i'd go with them. i've used a hell of a lot of biostar equipment in my own stuff and workstations i've built when working as a tech. they're not real fancy or anything, but that have a decent set of features, seem to be exceptionally reliable, and are very cheap. you might check them out, they start around like $45. i've got biostar slot-a boards out there still running strong with no errors. i've been very impressed with their durability.

but, this is not a "server" board, so if you're talking a websever for a high-traffic website, i'd probably suggest an ibm :)
