My take on devices like these is that they're not worth the space they occupy IMO with water cooling or even peltier cooling.
This doesn't apply to phase change cooling. |

It's especially true with watercooling: the temp fluctuations can be handled by the block, and should remain gentle, to reduce thermal stress. |
Depends if your CPU will start up at room temp and higher at it's overclock I spose :shrug: . Some of the people who get serious -20(or less!) temps when running probably need the CPU at -0 to get it running. Extreme peltier and evap cooling maybe, I don't know for sure though...

Just so its known, i'm not interested inpurchasing this. I agree that it's pointless to use. I just wanted to see what a larger audience thought about it.
