Need some Input.

I've been designing a box to sit under my Lian Li PC-60. I originally wanted to use brushed Alu, but that was going to be a problem and have since been offered some access to a Laser cutting machine capable of cutting through perspex.

Here is my design so far:

While it isn't that clear, the two black objects in the foreground are fans, and the black object behind them is a 1048.

Main problem at the moment not the design, but how I'm going to run my watercooling exactly.

As I see it I have a few options:
1. Two fully separate circuits. One consists of a 1048, BA rad and Cascade WB, the other a 1048, LA and GPU, NB and any future blocks.

2. One circuit for all three blocks. Would probably need to upgrade to a Eheim 1250 and would prefer to change to a 3 fan, single pass radiator.

The fans depicted probably won't be in the final design, rather they will be connected to the radiator/s via shrouds, as the box isn't sealed and could be drawing air through places other than the radiator with the current fan positions.

Does anyone have any suggestions, comments or critisisms? I just can't decide the best way to set it up. Also would anyone possibly be interested in a box like this (Either just the box, or maybe a complete setup?) and what would you pay?

I've got to look into the blowers. Have you get any dimensions on the one you posted pics of?
