Need a block drilled...

1 Attachment(s)
was wondering if anyone here could possibly drill a block for a article i plan on doing for my site in the future.... late future, but wanting to know now how much someone would charge / if someone would charge... need 2 peices of aluminum 12"x2"x1/2" drilled ...

3 chambers each .... looking simular to this picture i did up... then welded to together...

purpose.... just a cheapo project i plan on doing... useing 2 vos32 heatsinks and 4 51w peltiers and a nice 120mm fan...

uhm...would also help if someone could devise a way to link em all upwithout the use of multiple tubing... manifold of some sort...guess 1/2" copper tubing cut in half with a single 3/4" barb in each inlet and outlet......

uh.... dunno my brains kinda fried right now but.... let me know if anyone could do something like this...

heres a idea of what it would look like with the vos32's (note the blocks need to be cut to size of what a vos32 is length wise.... may need to do 3 blocks not sure suggestions on 3-4 blocks lemme know)

black = vos32's

pelts of course..

grey is custom made shroud / duct work...

i know pelt chillers are innefficient and pretty impractical but its just something im interested in trying
will have 5gal air tank as a resivoir with all this mounted to the lower left corner of it... =]

do u want a cross drilled block basically? I'm placing a metal order soon and can order the alu and drill it...I can also make manifolds quite easily for anything you need. Plz describe what u need in more detail

If I am reading this correctly you want almost the entire length of the 12" peice drilled with 3 channels that are almost 12" long?

Good Luck on that if I am correct...

sorry for my late reply, but eh 12" im not sure, it needs to be whatever the legth of the vos32 is for slot ones.. im guessing 5 or 6" not entirely sure my self on that.... been lookin for info on it but no luck...
so uhm 2 12" alum blocks cut in half, that way theres 4 passes (3 holes per block) i really dont have the money for it right this moment, should be able to get it within the next few weeks, lemme know what it would cost you for this.... i know dangerden sells alum and copper stock, 2x12x1/2" is like 3.50 and same size for copper is 20 bux ... id perfer aluminum since 1. its cheaper, and 2. this project may fail horribly.... but im not going out without trying it :)
