2-45's vs single long sweep 90?

Well I just read pH article on fittings again. And this was the question I was try'n to answer.

Which is lower resistence two copper 45's or a long sweep copper 90 like McMasters sells (catalog page #157)?

Long sweep 90's weren't coverd in the article.

Anyone know?

2 45's would probably be better.
