heatsink mounting pressure for an FX 5900 ultra

I got my maze4 block for my FX 5900 ultra, however the mounting hardware was missing, though I could just e-mail them to have the hardware sent I don't think the hardware would fit cause of my NB heatsink so I just want to use my own hardware without springs to minimize how close it gets to the NB, I was wondering if anyone knew or knew were I can find how many lb-in I need to torque the hardware to for proper contact but not to much to damage the core.

No idea, but sort of topic.....not really, but sort of.

I have to send my 5900 ultra back to the manu. 3 months, not overclocked, good cooling (not water yet - waited for some good how tos) and the thing started freezing up in that commodore 64 color block look, etc. $500 card didn't last 3 months, I am kind of pissed.
