wha? that is one of the few times when I actually spelled everything right.

LOL! I was referring to my previous post. (not yours.) I guess I should use those quote things.

thank you friends for the respose.
I was using water (not tap water) + antifreeze + blue uv for almost a year.
last wekend i bought some water wetter, and now appeared this whit stuff.
maybe because the ww ?

winewood 10-07-2003 10:20 PM

The junk looks like its on the outside of the tubing. How could it be the ww?

sunblade 10-07-2003 10:43 PM

If it's on the outside of the tubing, I would say it looks like dust. Before I installed a fan filter, dust liked to cling to my tubing...

Marvin 10-07-2003 10:47 PM

no. it is inside. cleaned the outside tubing....

sounds like you had quite a mixture going.
Try 95% water 5% water wetter. Add uv dye if you want a non-bacteria colered water (pink).

Empty... clean using Airspirit's cooling mixture and refill. It will take that gunk out immediately.

Have you actualy mixed WWetter in your current mixture (distilled water+coolant)? It sounds like you did.
Also, have you ever changed your mixture?

no i didnt. just put some ww in the tubing:(

winewood 10-10-2003 07:47 PM

After a while your mixture becomes a haven for organic goodness. Try flushing the system and using some lysol or something. Then buy some new distilled water and start over. I guarantee the mixture can lower your temps a bit as well.

Malves 10-11-2003 07:23 AM

Yeah, you should change your mix every 6 months or less. Do it and you'll be even happier with your setup.

i occasionally browse the procooling forums, but reading this finally made me join so i could respond:)
read this thread for why you SHOULD NOT USE WATER WETTER in your water cooling systems. i can't verify that this is the problem here, but in general, water wetter should be avoided as a water additive in watercooling systems
