Custom DD maze2. There's a leak where the lexan meets the copper behind the fitting.

That looks nice! Fixing that leak shouldn't be a problem. Yank the lexan off, clean up the block, then reseal it.

Well, if I had the block, that might be an option.

But, it's still at DD.

Ripping the lexan off prolly isn't THAT easy. DD used a 3M *glue* that required a 7 day cure time. I have a feeling that the lexan is pretty much staying where it's at.

Hopefully, DD will continue to persue a method which will meet their strict quality tests for keeping these lexan tops sealed. Until then, they won't be for sale to the masses. This was a one-up for me by request only. He made no promises and I hoped for the best.

All their blocks are tested up to 125 PSI. This one blew at 40.

It is purty tho, ain't it.
