HELP!! Thermal Insulation! Whats the hardest!
 

OK, I want to design a prommy like shell and was wondering what the hardest thermal material is?? I know the phrase "THE LIGHTER THE BETTER THE INSULATOR" is true, but what i would love to do Is build a box/enclosure around my custom evap and pour a mix that is liquid base and dry's hard kinda like exopy but with say acetone that when it evap's the matiral becomes rock hard..

I would like a material that wont absorb the cold from the evap lowering the actual thermal heat removal from the evap head..

Ive heard some talk about cutting board material!!
