Phase Change water chilling...

is it possible to use a phase change machine (i.e. Mach II, Vapochill) as a water chiller? That way the temps would be low, and it would be nice and quiet. i dont need sub zero temps, just ambient temps that are achieved nice and quietly. I will be cooling a cpu, gpu, and a nb.

Why not just use a dehumidifier?

Or an AC

I guess the only advantage I can think of is that the Vapochill or prometia could fit into a big PC case

Why buy a Prommie or Vapo if you won't use it correctly???

To chill a bit below ambient look at a old mini-fridge or mini-freezer, a de-humidifier, a recycled soft-drink dispenser, a aquarium chiller, etc.
