Second, I am releasing a new line of waterblocks that incorporate a
concept that everyone in the industry seems to have ignored up till now. I
won't tell you what it is just yet, but it DOESN'T incorporate a huge
increase of internal surface area, or long wandering waterpaths. The
blocks will be called the "V-Tuned" series

I think I know what it is :). I've seen waterblocks for various peltier applications without channels but with some sort of pattern on the bottom. The pattern consists of a lot V. I don't know the theory behind this, but I guess that's the new feature.

I would guess that it uses a pattern on the bottom of the channels like this: <<<<<<<. i think that where those brackets are open, there would be a slight lip so that it would inrease turbulence, therefor increasing cooling power. In theory anyway.
