Mag3 or 7 for a restrictive setup?

here's the setup that i'm working towards:
cascade - style CPU block
cascade - style GPU block
RAM waterblocks eventually ( 2 "L" shaped blocks)
homemade NB and HDD waterblocks (fairly free flowing in design)
1/2" ID tubing
in an external box, about 2 feet below the case:
1 chevette heatercore + 1 larger heatercore (camry sized)
2 heatercore blowers spinning slow-ish (hopfully about the (combined)size / speed of cathar's)

mag3: 350GPH, 10' head, 35 watts
mag7: 700GPH, 13' head, 65 watts

considering that i'll have 2 jet-impingement blocks (and other blocks), with 2 radiators and lots of air, would the extra heat added still overwhelm the advantages of extra flow rate and head? I'm thinking that the extra heat may not be that much when compared to all the heat already entering the water.

Thanks:)

I would go with the Mag3; I suspect water temperatures will go up with the Mag7 and negate any advantage from higher flow rate

thanks! ...quick reply!

What about a mag 7 with the cascades running in parallel? If they restrict flow so much, then why not relieve some of the pressure and increase flow through the rest of the system.

Just a suggestion.
