Small pump
I'm looking for some SMALL pump, like the one they use in the Koolance systems.
The smalles one I could find was this: http://www.kineticfountains.com/mini-jet-404.asp But it's about 3 times the size I want... It does need to have a low wattage. 12v DC would be nice :) Where to get them? and are they availible in Europe? |
There's a pump made by Sicce (Italy company) called the "Mi mouse". Probably about half to third the size of what you linked to there. 60x40x35mm. They don't come much smaller to my knowledge.

Thanks for the replies!
They are both nice pumps!. The Mi mouse is about 8.78 euros in The Netherlands The Maxijet HP400 is also a nice pump! $11.89 in the US.. not availible in The netherlands... I hope that I can use the Mi mouse also inline... (saves me building a reservoir) Thanks! |
If you look through the threads here you can see how people have modded small pumps to be inline (its in german but the pics speak for themselves, and these germans sure know a thing or two about making things looks sweet!)
I am not sure which thread exactly it was in, but they sanded the pump down a bit, and then added some acrylic/plexiglass on to it and built a very neat opening. Once sanded and painted it looked like it was how the pump came! Alot of those people in that shuttle SFF modding comp are watercooling it, so it should give you some ideas on watercooling in a confined area. |
