How far can i get at -70ºC

i order from dangerden a maze2-2, and 2x170W TEC, to cool the water i will use a phase change system to put it at +/- -30ºC, at this point i am hooping to achive -70ºC+ on the cpu.
The cpu will be a palomino at 1.2GHz, do you think that is possible 2GHz+??

Yes, if you can get the temp at -70 2GHz shouldn't be a big problem.

Not yet, i am wating for the summer vacations to pull this up, the system that i will built is base on this system: www.wizard.com/~scfoster/freoncool.html
i am planing to use a new freon, to get the -30ºC(-22ºF)in the cooling fluid, and then use 2x170w TEC, to pull down temp to -70ºC (-94ºF), or more, then i will get some pics.
thank you all
