Condensation
 
If I'm running the following setup do I need to worry about condensation at the CPU.

pump/resevoir --> waterblack/cold peltier
waterblack/cold peltier --> waterblock CPU
waterblock CPU --> waterblock/hot peltier
waterblock/hot peltier --> radiator
radiator --> pump/resevoir

The peltier/waterblock setup I'm looking at has 3 - 80 Watt peltiers

anywhere you get components below dew point.

hoses, (cold peltier)waterblock, and cpu waterblock possibly when the cpu is idle.
