Hours Cut ... why am I happy?
Yesterday I went from full time to part time. My hours were cut by 25% and my benefits were cut. In the end, however, because of a raise I negotiated, I'll only lose around $200 a month in income ... and work 10-15 less hours a week. Also, my hours are earlier, so I'll be off work every day by three. Why am I so happy about this?

I'd say you did really well when you negotiated this new situation. A 25% cut in hours for a cut of $50 a week, I'd say you did extremly well with a potentially bad situation.

The bitch of it is that I did this to myself. By making so many things automated I essentially lessened their need for me, lol.
