How do i jumper the psu to run w/o being plugged in the mobo?
I got a new psu, and was gonna use my enermax w/ 33A on the 12v to power the tec. If anyone knows an article to something like this, let me know.
Also, I was planning on the vcore around 2.1 or so (amd barton) with a high fsb, and the keeping temps up, and it's only going to be on for a day or so until i get the neoprene, so is neoprene immediately necessary? Or can I get by on conformal coating and dielectric compund. Thanks. |
Imax = 24 Amps
Qmax = 226.1 Watts Vmax = 15.2 Volts Delta Tmax = >67 (C) Size = 50mm X 50mm X 3.10mm if this helps ;) |
In short, connect pins 13 and 14 together with a piece of wire (or wire a switch in there if you're made of money)
Use a scrap of wire to short these two pins together, and the PSU will fire right up. Disconnect the wire to turn it off again. http://www.gideontech.com/guides/psu_powerup/psu03.jpg picture stolen from http://www.gideontech.com/guides/psu_powerup/ |
Yeah, the green wire on the ATX connector shorts to any of the the black ones.
