Waterblock Mounting Question

I am just wondering if it is possible to mount the D-Tek TC-4 Rev 2 Waterblock on a motherboard that doesn't have the 4 screw holes in it (MSI K7N2 Delta-L). If there is a way, please point me in the right direction. If there is no way, please tell me so I can buy a waterblock that does mount on this motherboard. Thanks.

Could I just use a clip that came with my old cpu cooler(Thermaltake Volcano 9). It has a clipping mechanism that could possibly clip it down. Anyone who knows anything on this, please give me some info. Thanks.

Somebody please tell me if there is any way that I can do this. I have been looking around and haven't found anything. I really don't feel like getting a new one right now, so if anyone knows ANYTHING on this please leave a message or at least tell me something. Thanks.
