Radeon mounting hole measurements
 
hi, ok sometime soon im gonna be making my own GPU block and i need to know the measurements for a radeon 9200SE's mounting holes and are all the 9xxxx's all the same ? because ill probly be upgrading some time soon..

sorry if its been asked before :D

All 9000series radeons + gforce2+3 are the same

So yes that pic is correct its not a very good example tho its more to show the size of the shim than the holes and iirc 9200 wont have a shim

I just re-drew it up in 'standard' and metric.
attached is a jpg and a zipped DXF file.

I will also put these in the sticky.

Exept the 9100, which doesn't have any holes. But, this wont matter now so.. :p

I used to be all super-pro-metric myself.... but then I realised how many things in this world conform exactly to imperial meaurements (ie: 3 in vs 7.62 cm) .... If you're a metric person, it's a good idea to get a little familiar with the imperial units for that reason....

thats why I used the ' ' because some call it standard, I wanted to call it imperial but that word had lost its spot in my head:p

yeah.. imperial is used alot... but that dosnt change the fact that i think its a stupid system lol :D

anyway.. thanks for the measurements, ill probly be making the gpu block some time soon after ive made my cpu one, ill hopefully get some pics and post some stuff about them when im done ;)
