Need help with rad/pump placement in minitower

I'm trying to find the best place possible for my radiator which is about 19x16x7cm, and my pump which is a swifty mcp300, a pretty small pump. The radiator is a bit crappy, so I'm thinking about buying a new one anyway that will fit the case better.

Anyway this is a small case, I think it's a Lian-Li PC-30 or something like that, so there's not much room for all of this crap. I will probably move the hard drives because they are just sitting on the bottom. I can put them in the drive cage that hangs below the 5.25" cage, but then I need a fan to blow air over them (hot SCSI 15k drive).

I think the radiator will fit in the front where to two fans draw in air, but I'd like to get rid of those because they are loud, and just use one or two 120mm panaflo. I think the best route would be to buy a longer but thinner heater core and mount it on the top of the case, enabling me to put both 120mm fans on it and have lots of room on the bottom of the case for the pump.
