Question on mounting springs on Cascade?

I am going to upgrade my system to Althon 64. Besides, I have purchased the 2nd hand Cascade with the Althon 64 AL mounting bracket from local hardware store in Hong Kong. What I am concerned now is that by using the original 24mm long springs rated at 6kg/cm with 13mm compression length, it mostly likely provides about 3x lbs mounting force with two 2 springs. As all of you may know that the requirement of mounting force for Althon 64 is between 60 - 90 lbs, it in fact can not exert the minimum pressure on it. Thus, I suspect that the shop I get WB may forget to give me another set of more powerfull springs when I purchased. Thus, I just want to clarify with all those Cascade users: Do all of you get a new set of springs when purchasing the AL top from Cathar?

Thanks :(
