where to get a block(evaporator)

I'm not skilled to build one nor do I have the tools to build one if i wanted to.. Where Can I get this block for direct DIE(Phase Changing) cooling system? Also how would I mount once of these to the mobo+cpu without breaking them?

Late reply, but Chilly1 also makes direct die blocks with filter, drier, cap tubing etc. For around $240US.
Pics if needed can be found in sig.

Those xtwerkz evaporators really aren't that bad. I was expecting well over $100. Why are Chilly1's blocks so expensive?

they arent...for just the block and mounting hardware its $120 but for $240 you get almost a whole system...all you need is a compressor and condensor :)
