Akasa Blue Cathode

Hi guys,

I've posted this in the modding part but as of yet had no answer - as it's part to do with my water cooling and I'm more likely to get a response here, here I have put it:

Just built my external water cooling box and turned it all on but my Akasa Blue Cathode is only lighting up at one end. It says it could take two hours to light up fully but it's been on about 4 times longer. Any ideas what's up or how to fix it?

Thanks.

SOunds like it maybe bad. Those things are not much more than tiny Flourecent lights and work on the same principle. Ever seen one dead? One end lights up but the rest will not. Best I got. Maybe try a more popular modding forum.

Never seen one dead. Hmm, hope this one ain't - it'll be hell to get it out now. Could it be anything to do with loose pins after sleeving?

Loose pins could possible cause it.
