Enermax Whisper 330W
I believe this isn't made anymore. It works great for me even under load my 12V stays above 12Vs same with all my others. Not a large fluctuation of any kind. Being a whisper series its very quiet. I am powering a Thunderchicken 1000@1200 right now on a kt7e with a Kyro II vid card. I have been using it a on a few systems and am still happy with it. Asking $50

Is it quieter than most enermax psus?

Much. The Whipser series is so quiet I can barely tell the fans are on except for seeing them. And from what Iceheart said his Whisper gets loud when the fan spins as fast as it can but mine doesn't get loud at full speed. It would be a good PSU for a quiet PC.
