Quick Shroud Question

I need to construct a 2x80mm shroud. I want to use sheet metal or something similar and aluminum tape. What should I know before I attempt to do this? What should I use to cut the stuff? Is there a thickness that is readily available--I'm not sure exactly what I should ask for/where to find it.

Thanks.
Bruce

Measure twice cut once, wear gloves, use tin snips for a smooth finish. Aluminum flashing is widely available and is 1/64" or something around there.

I used 1mm thick (about 1/25") anodized aluminium sheet.
It's very easy to cut with a fretsaw.

Bendings are easier if you precut:

After bending I glued the joints with Rectafix glue:

Your shroud is different but I hope you got the picture...

CD :)
