Making FluidXP (or something cheaper...)

Are there additives out there that I can use to make my deionized water into something comparable to FluidXP (so I can make a good coolant easily whenever i need it, instead of having to buy something [in my opinion, overpriced])? Additives for anti-corrosion mostly, but I also heard fluidxp has something in it so it doesn't gain ions (and therefore become more conductive down the road). I don't think it's necessary to add chemicals to preserve plastics (as fluidxp has), because I don't plan on buying cheap tubes. Thanks for any replies.

Anyone have any ideas of what anti-corrosive additives to use?
