it is a cooler for bottled water, like you would use in an office....got the idea from here:

I can get the chiller for $110, and then setup similar to what he has done. Or there is a guy on the [H]ard forums who has reverse engineered the Vapochill and is doing some exparimentation with that, he plans to release the plans in the next couple of weeks on how to make one...my father-in-law is an HVAC guy so it sould be easy for me to do once I have a map.

Too many options, all very close in price...
