Thanks for the welcome

I want to watercool the CPU, GPU, RAM, HDs, NB,and chipset. And I would like to go with a high flow system. The rest of this RIG is high $$ and im going to OC it so i definetly don't want to scrimp on the cooling. I'm willing to put in that extra effort and $ to try and get the most of that last 30% that I can. From what you and meethoss said about the whitewater I think I should go for a different block.
I was doing some more looking around, here is what i was looking at

PUMP- Eheim 1260 600 gph
RAD: Thermochill 120.3
Tubing- Tygon 12 feet
GPU- Maze 4 waterblock

These are just some thoughts if you know of something better your input would be most welcome. And of course your help with cooling the other components would be a huge help.
