you won't need a waterblock on the northbridge to overclock 225FSB.
i curently have mine overclocked to 235FSB and it runs stable. i can get mine up to 250FSB air cooled but it tends to crash every now and then. wich isn't good.
i have a 2.6Ghz p4.
i'm beleive i can get it up to 266 fsb watercooled. time will tell
