Just to keep you all updated. The rattling did not wear out, so I cut of the other pump.

Now it's just one, with the modified head from plexi.

It's silent, 5w and it runs the water fast enough through my custom made memory "blocks" for my secondary loop, beeing: GPU memory "blocks", back side of motherboard "block", HDD blocks, South bridge block, mosfet block, Radiator and 5 meters of 6.5 mm ID tubing!
(sill working on my PSU, if I'll ever water cool it)

And the water still flows in a open (kitchen sink) setup! All I can say is that I'm quite surprissed. I already got me a koolance EXOS to do this secondary cooling loop, but as this is working, I guess I might sell the EXOS again
