do you have any other aims in watercooling- noise etc
the fact remains that intel cpu's can take good overclocks on air- evident from the fact that not many ppl increase voltages past 1.7V's
in your case, getting a better hsf combo would yield more value- BUT, if you are looking to cut down on noise, maintain temperature's, and increase your overclock- watercooling is the way to go
