Thanks to everyone who gave me tips and advice to help me watercool a Biostar IDEQ 200N Small Form Factor machine (the thing is only as big as a shoebox).

Watercooled SFF
Like many of you said I would end up doing----I wound up ditching the Thermatake Aquarius II and building my own pump/reservoir combo.
The goal was not supercooling----but adequate and QUIET cooling on this overclocked little box. I think I achieved it.
I learned a bunch on this project------everything from how to cut and glue plexi to waterpumps and flow rates. It was fun!-----and trying to cram it all into a shoe boxed sized computer----well, it was challenging----at least to me.
Here are some pics of my ugly, but totally workable pump/reservoir----it fit beautifully right above the waterblock on a plexi bracket I cut and drilled. unaclocker's tip to glue the magnet to the Rio 180 pump impeller really quieted down the pump:
