i can answer your first question...
i have the same MB but only have DDR433 ram in it...
so i clocked my ram down to 333 and now with the FSB @ 250 my ram runs fine.
have some faster ram on order...
as for the second... duno at the top of my head... at work at the moment
edit(you might consider putting shrowds on your rad. right now there is a dead spot in the center of the fan that is not getting air to the rad.)
