I have decided that I will give a portion of the proceeds of this sale to brian and his family. Haven't decided how much, thinking 35-40%. I'll bump it up if everything sells.
Adding a mobo to the mix and dropped some prices.
My heart goes out to Brian and his family, as I too have had a family crisis, albeit not as serious, it still takes all of your energy just to endure.
