You can forget about using the Swiftech MCX heatsink. It won't work. Swiftech have abandoned air-cooled peltiers because they don't work. Water is 20 x more effective at removing heat than air! The only way to cool the MCX with peltier would be to construct a hogh-velocity air-delivery system using air inlet/outlet tubes.

A meanwell PSU is certainly capable of powering more than one TEC but you could also buy an Enermax and use it to power two TECs. The Enermax could be started automatically by an inexpensive ATX switcher (email for details).

An 80W Tec will suffice for cooling the graphics and especially the chipset!!
