Generally, 3/8" ID barbs and up are preferable, those look to be 1/4". Restriction in a single block will destroy flow for the entire loop, so if you have a super powerful pump, a big open heatercore, a high pressure pump, an open waterblock, and that thing your flow will be dead, reguardless of what is in there.

Yeh, I was afraid they'd be 1/4. what I CAN use this for is a low end WC system for my K6-2...but due to the price of the radiator alone its not worth messing with.
