Uggh its the pump

when I lower the refresh rate of my monitor from 75mhz to 60mhz its perfect.. no jittering no nothing

How can I eliminate this and still do 75mhz refresh rate? I will go nuts @ 60mhz.. I didn't switch to WC to get this crap

*sniff*

Any way I can insulate the pump? lol.. anybody have the same problem?
