Yes Yes i know it being cooler may mean it can run faster but you cant say that if you lower the temp by 10C it WILL run 30mhz faster. Its dependant on the cpu by what your saying if i could cool my p100 cpu to a low enough temp it could be as fast as my 2500barton. Me thinks not

and i dont think post count has much to do with things either. Im no newbe you know

In answer to the origninal question: Yes a better cpu block can give you a higher cpu clock speed but its far from a cirtanty.
