You may be right, but honestly I am hoping for far lower temps than attainable by standard rad cooling alone. If I can effectively figure out the 2 stage part I hope for temps settling below wet bulb....it may require a larger device or higher air flow, or something else but I plan to find out.
My main goal now is to build a highly efficient cooler, self contained with nothing necessary but attaching hoses to the fittings exposed and mounting a fan inside the top. It will have the smallest footprint I can come up with. I'm going to call it H2o-X
