Normal it comes with screws to attach the fans.
Tape had crossed my mind, but I'm looking for a little more permanent solution. I shouldn't get any vibrational noise. If I use the threaded rods, I'll put silicone noise reducers between the fans and the radiator. If I use the rubber sticks, they allow the fans to be spaced away from the radiator and float per se.

BIP2=Black Ice Pro II
BIX2=Black Ice Extreme II

My rad didn't come with mounting hardware. If it should have, someone let me know so I can return it and get another (hopefully with mounting hardware)
