Default Dtek RJ120(pro-core) or BIXII and other newb questions :D??

Sup fellas, this my first post here I'm wondering if a dual RJ-120 is better than a single Black Ice Extreme II radiator. In terms of performance and restriction is greatly important. Also how and where would you install either of the radiators in a mid/full tower case.

I'm running a swifty MCP600 pump and MCW5000 waterblock, fill/bleed kit and the MCR80 Radiator (super small btw), the block might be changed out to a Dtek White Water in the future and a MCW50 GPU block might be added but i dunno still since i have a zalman 80C-HP vga cooler and 120mm fan blowing on the 9800pro. Is it worth the money and change to the WB? I'm also getting a new case and I'm gonna pick either a full tower or mid-tower.

Would adding a NB waterblock on the MSI K7N2-L be better than just changing out the current heatsink and dropping in a better one...I dunno if the performance gain is worth the restriction in the loop.

So in terms of current and future upgrades which radiator would benefit me the most and whether my MCP600 can perform with all those restrictions?
Also can I find Tygon tubing at my local Home Depot?

Thx
