Interesting. according to
the maya thermal wizzard, silicone and epoxy have a similar conductivity of about 0.2w/mc, and a highly filled epoxy like the ones you found can be at 2 w/mc.
It sounds a lot better. If the seal layer can be made at a thickness of about 0.5 mm with one of those paints, things should be a lot better.
