I have the same set up you have exept for the water-cooling (we still have the same Cpu block), my temps on idle range from 34.5C to 36C, 38C to 40C full load without overcloking.
I had a drastic change in my temps when I changed mobo's though. It seems weird that there would be a 10-15C difference in temps between the two. I understood the calculated temps angle, I just wanted a fix.
