Thanks for the info... I may see just how lightweight I can make this then.
I will see how far it bends with the plates clamped on the card (before I solder the cover plates on) and see if I need to lighten it up, but I am kind of leaning toward lightening the blocks up now that my mind has gotten up and running on the idea.
