Home depot does not stock Tygon, try either McMaster Carr, or MSC industrial supply co (MSCdirect.com) for Tygon in retail quantities. You want formulation R-3603.

A heater core will offer less restriction and cost less than any of the commercial alternatives. For lowest restriction get a single pass core, they offer less than 1/4 the resistance of a dual pass core, but it may be hard to find an SP core that will fit in your case.

The Swifty pump is one of the stronger pump options out there, it should be able to handle almost anything you can throw at it.
