well the whitewater needs flow thru it, and that pump sounds a bit meagre, its the 158gph version isn't it. Sounds like you got enough air moment on the radiator. But make sure the core isn't to restrictive and that the air is actually going thruthe core and not leaking out the shroud someplace. not hard to check just put a tissue near the parts where you think it might be leaking air.
Though think of the restrictiveness of a whitewater. and that radiator. a 158gph pump would be in my opinion the BARE MINIMUM. and even then shouldn't reveal good performance, i'd assuume that heatercore your using to be to restrictive. take the return tube, out of the resevoir, and take a look at the flow coming out of the loop. if its not every strong at all. or even worse just a trickle. then you know its the pump. That would be my call
Any any loop i run, 300gph is my minimum call for pumps
the hydor l30 would do you good. or even an mcp6000
you want something with good head presure when pushen thru very restrictive radiators and things of the sort.
