Default Need Help designing my new Cube Case

I finally recieved all the guts of my new WC setup. Now I need something to hold it all. I'm plannign on building a cube or something close to a cube 15" inside length for each side. What my goals are for this case:

1, As silent as possible with 1 huge blower and 2 Mag3s.
2, A visable MB tray, I'm not into bling but I'd still like to see the hardware.
3, An excuse to buy some new tools and get some experience with MDF.

I have the cooling side figured out. It will be 15x15x9, inside will be the blower, 2 pumps, 2 rads and 2 PS. Inside the MDF will be a lining of sheet steel to shield the magnetic field of the Mag3s, next will be a lining of Dynamat or carpet to silence the cooling side. I'm still working on the placement of the HDs but right now I'm thinking of placing them on the cooling side since they make noise.

The computer side will be just large enough for the MB and other boards as well as clearence around the edges for wiring and tubing. The optical drives will be hidden in a false bottom or top.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions before I start cutting?
