Forgery is when you take a pen and write another name on the check other than the one that was originally on it. You did this. I called the bank and had them reverse funding of that check. IF I EVER recieve that shipment that you had 20+ days to ship, I will return it to sender.

I don't care if you had anything else to do, or were paying a traffic ticket. That doesn't take 20 days of your time. If you sell someone something and take their money, it is not at your option on when in the next month that you decide to send the merchandise. It only cost $3.85 in postage to send something so small, and 30 minutes. You forget that perhaps I was buying from you and taking the risk to help you out of a jam. Since I know you had the money, you are without excuse. You don't wait until someone takes action against you THEN decide you will send their property.

PS. Bankers will ever change who a check is to, and then cash it.
