Yeah when you look at the stats, it seems to lose. however, the system is very powerful. Kinda like the case w/ Athlon XPs vs. P4s you cant judge just by clock speed. Check out some games and you'll see that they look much better than PS2 games and just as good as XBOX ones. The $100 price difference wasn't much of a perk. I went to E3 last year to find which machine I liked better. The XBOX had Halo... and um... Amped Snowboarding. Nothing else interested me on that system.

Haha I saved up from being a camp counselor this summer. I put $400 aside in a jar in my room (I actually did that as cheesy as it sounds
) so it wasn't like the purchase took a hit out of my pocket.
