After six months of planning, purchasing and tweaking my system is online. Not completely done (is anyone's modding ever?
) but it's good enough for me to use as my main machine.
Hardest part was sourcing the correctly sized Speedfits, which have been used throughout because of their near leak-proof reputation and for consistency's sake.
I intially tried getting a pair of cascades, but without drilling into the block itself there was little way to fit it.
Swiftech it's been so far and using 25% coolant I've had no corrosion, however there has been a slight clouding of the tubes with time.
Any comments welcome.
